1. What is the Kool97FM E-Store?
The Kool97FM E-Store is the official online shop where listeners and supporters can purchase Kool-branded merchandise such as misting fans, power banks, tumblers, umbrellas, Bluetooth speakers, tote bags, and car sun visors.
2. How do I place an order?
To place an order:
- Visit the Kool97FM E-Store page.
- Select the item you would like to purchase.
- Proceed to checkout through the secure eZee payment portal.
- Complete your payment to confirm your order.
3. What payment methods are accepted?
Payments are processed securely through the eZee payment portal, which accepts debit and credit card payments.
4. Is there a processing fee for online payments?
Yes. A JMD $135 processing fee is applied to transactions processed through the eZee payment portal. This fee is added during the checkout process.
5. How will I know my order was successful?
Once your payment has been completed through the payment portal, you will receive confirmation of your transaction. If you experience any issues, you can contact the Kool97FM team for assistance at shop@kool97fm.com.
6. How long will it take to process my order?
Orders are typically processed within 3 business days. Customers will be notified when their order is ready for pickup or dispatch.
7. How will I receive my order? (Pickup or Delivery)
Customers may have the option to pick up their items at Kool97FM at 1 Braemar Avenue, Kingston or delivery via Knutsford Express. Location options are provided on the checkout page where a customer will select their preferred Knutsford Express Location.
8. Is there a delivery fee?
Yes. A JMD $500 drop-off fee is charged to transport your package to Knutsford Express for dispatch.
Delivery fees charged by Knutsford Express are separate and payable upon collection based on their current rates.
9. How long do I have to collect my order?
Customers are encouraged to collect their items within 5 business days after being notified that their order is ready.
10. I live overseas, can I purchase from the Kool97FM E-Store?
At this time, the Kool97FM E-Store is only available for local purchases within Jamaica. Overseas customers are encouraged to have a friend or family member in Jamaica purchase items on their behalf.
We are actively working on Phase 2, where products will be available in the U.S.A and Canada.
11. Can I place an order without a credit or debit card?
Yes. Customers without a credit or debit card can place a pre-order directly with Kool97FM.

12. What is the return or exchange policy?
All sales are generally final. However, exchanges may be considered if:
- The item received is defective or damaged, or
- The item received is different from what was ordered.
Customers should contact Kool97FM within 3 business days after receiving the item to report any issues.
13. Are items always available?
All products are subject to availability while stocks last. In the event an item becomes unavailable after purchase, customers will be contacted.
